We live in a world of busy mothers and fathers. Some of the mothers and fathers have no time for their children but allow friends, the internet, television, peer groups, and movies to take on the duty of instructing their young ones.

The misuse of time, misplacement of priorities, and the activities in which some students and young people channel their energies are sometimes worrisome. Juvenile delinquency is on the increase and many more children are becoming wayward.

It is the intention of the author to put together some information he considers helpful to parents and youth workers and which will serve as a useful guide to enable them to help their children to achieve academic excellence and to train them to live a responsible and a fruitful lifestyle.
