Return & Exchange Policy
When making a return to Impact Lova Store, here are a few things to note.
We are here to make sure that your return is as simple as it was to purchase your items.
- Before purchasing any product, check to see if it is returnable so that in case you wish to return it, you can do so.
- Please make sure to return any items purchased within 30 calendar days of receiving your items.
- Returns need to have a receipt or an order confirmation number.
- Items need to be in the same condition as when they were received.

REFUNDS
Once Impact Lova Store receives approved returned items, customers will be issued a refund to the original method of payment. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
